I tried all the fad diets, restrictions and over training when I first started out to be able to confidently advise on the healthiest and most sustainable methods to achieve your goals. I made all the mistakes so you don't have to!

Life with the old mindset
​
I grew up in London where my lifestyle couldn't be more different to what it is today. My late teens and early twenties consisted of cycles of self destructive behaviour and addictions, from binge eating to binge drinking.
​
I lived in this destructive, negative cycle for so many years that it became my comfort zone, the irony being, that it was far from comfortable. It sounds cliche, but only when I started taking an interest in fitness, did my life change.

Life with the new mindset
​
When I first started exercising, I began feeling the physical and mental benefits early on. I made working out a regular activity and it led me on to eat better to fuel my workouts, and generally feel good. It gave me a new sense of focus, one that was positive and beneficial for my health.

My personal transformation became a passion and ten years ago turned this passion into coaching others with their own transformational journeys. It was clear that if I could transform from having a stubborn attitude and indulging in harmful activities to becoming a fitter and better version of myself, I wanted to help others do the same, whatever their starting point was.
Fast forward to today, where I have been working with hundreds of clients to lead healthier and more fulfilled lives.

I have worked with some of the top coaches in Transforming Lives and most recently on how to rewire the brain to enhance our lives. I’ve been working with a Neuro Leadership Coach on how to eliminate self-destructive behaviors that can negatively influence our lifestyles and hinder our results. It was only from working on these behaviors myself that I have become the strongest version of myself mentally. I learnt how to manage my thoughts and train my mind to create the mindset I always wanted (and from this, I have created a 7 step mindset plan to teach you the same).
Having worked with 100s of clients to achieve a healthy body and mindset towards health and fitness, as a coach I am committed to teaching people how to create long-lasting healthy habits. I want everyone to learn how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle and still be able to eat everything that they wish to, and how to change their mindsets to TRULY feel more positive, strong, and confident.
