I’ve been working with Jacqui for just over six months now and I am getting great results. Ive lost weight, gained strength and toned up. I’ve gone from hating the gym to looking forward to each session. Jacqui not only helps with my workouts but is always on hand with motivation, encouragement and guidance 😜, she will also guide me on nutrition and best ways to get the best out of my workouts. I haven’t ever been the most disciplined person when it comes to working out or go into the gym. And when I do go, I get bored easily and not very motivated. I’ve tried getting a personal trainer but it just wasn’t right. Then… I met Jacqui!!!! After a workout with Jacqui, I feel so good! Her sessions are super fun and the hour flies by! I’ve been training with Jacque for nearly 3 months and have lost just over 4kgs. 4CM off my waist and 3 cm off my thighs. I feel the strongest physically and mentally! I do have to say I would’ve been the last person to be associated with become a fitness “Addict” and Had never really seen the interior of a gym but Jacqui style and way of coaching really brings out the best in people.
